Richard M. Langone, Of Counsel

langoneRichard M. Langone  is a tenacious trial and appellate attorney. He represents individuals in IRS audits and white-collar criminal defense, as well as other serious felonies, both state and federal. Appellate cases he has won have been featured in the New York Law Journal eight times. Mr. Langone has won precedent-setting cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is the 2014 Chair of the Appellate Practice Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. A 1998 cum laude graduate of Touro Law Center, he was a member of both Law Review and Moot Court. In 2001 he attained an advanced law degree (L.L.M.) in commercial law and taxation to better represent individuals charged with (or under investigation for) white-collar related offenses.
