Jennifer Lupo is a pragmatic attorney who listens well with an ear towards crafting creative resolutions with opposing counsel to benefit her client. She has been a practicing lawyer for nearly 20 years and has worked in a variety of legal settings including academia having taught law herself. She has acted as inside and outside general counsel for several companies domestically and internationally. Her private practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals in transactions, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She is a passionate advocate and has significant experience with business law and business divorce.

Jen’s began her legal career as an intern in her father’s criminal and civil rights law firm in Brooklyn, New York. She was 15 years old. There she learned the importance of meaning what you say and saying what you mean, grace under fire and being prepared. Jennifer has worked in many capacities in the legal field including the Suffolk County District Court: Traffic Division, the Kings County Public Administrators Office, The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, and as an attorney in law firms and corporate legal departments.

Jennifer was privileged to attend Bard College where she received an A.B. in film studies. For several years she worked in entertainment public relations and theater and film production. She returned to school and obtained a Master of Science degree in Political Science from State University of New York at Stony Brook and a law degree from Touro Law Center. Jen excelled in law school. She was a member of the Moot Court Board honor society, a recipient of the prestigious Puerto Rican Bar Association Merit Scholarship, and was a teaching and research assistant.

Jennifer is a seasoned mediator having conducted more than fifty mediations. She also works as a trainer of new mediators through a court annexed program. In the recent past, she obtained a Certificate in Producing for Film and Television from the New York Film Academy and is currently a member of St. Tula Films LLC, an independent film finance company.

Jen is the managing member of Lupo Law PLLC, a full service law firm representing businesses and individuals in transactions, litigation, alternative dispute resolution and matrimonial cases
